Known as the Gray Cottage, this building was erected in 1740. It is the oldest surviving Moravian structure in North America. It is located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, and is owned and maintained by the Moravian Historical Society.

Beautiful shot Scott. It is wonderful to see the preservation of structures like these. Amazing how well they were built. Pennsylvania has some beautiful landscape and structures. Very nice.

@Barbara: Thanks. This structure underwent restoration a number of years ago, and is, to this day, a private residence. (It's rented.) You can tell by the modern conveniences outside the building -- mailbox, well or sump cap, etc.
This is amazing to hear this is a rented dwelling. Most likely the tenant is one that is well suited for this style of home. Thank you for the info.
